Location: along North Clinton Ave. at Nottingham Way

This former industrial site has been cleared of mountains of debris and dilapidated factory buildings and will be developed into a landscaped park with bicycle trails and recreational amenities.

The site once served as home to several manufacturing facilities and has been cleared of numerous factory buildings and debris. The environmental concerns are being addressed and the site is being made ready for public access. Several of the buildings and/or their steel frames have been retained and stabilized for potential future park re-use. One will serve as a park overlook, one as a pavilion/event space and the third as a possible environmental center.

The Clinton Commerce site lies at the easterly end of the Greenway and is bordered by Red Oaks and George Page Parks.
