As Event Partner:

  • You pay no participation fee.

You receive:

  • Access to an expected 800 visitors.
  • Increased customer experience.  Share your signature dishes and favorite food stories with an interested audience. 
  • Increased business.  Distribute your promotional material, special discounts, and coupons to increase your business.
  • Increased web presence.  Cadwalader Heights web site features your restaurant logo and links to your business web site.
  • Increased media exposure.  Event editorials and advertising in area publications.
  • Complimentary full page ad in the event program, valued at $150.
  • Two complimentary tickets to the House Tour, valued at $25 each.

You Provide:

  • Fare that is representative of your menu, in bite sized morsels.
  • Two staff people at your station for the duration of the tour.
  •  Your own serving or chafing dishes.

We Provide:

  • Paper products
  • Plastic Utensils
  • Buffet Tables
  • Some homes offer full kitchen access for re-heating prepared food.  Please inform us about your kitchen needs.

The Community Receives:

Cadwalader Heights Civic Association is proud to donate half the proceeds of the 2007 House Tour ticket sales to Habitat for Humanity. By participating in the event, you support this important work.
