Saturday, October 6th, 2007 21 homes welcome visitors to experience The Cadwalader Heights Centennial House Tour, 100 Years of Timeless Design.  Cadwalader Heights extends the hospitality by inviting area restaurants, florists, businesses, and organizations to participate in this very special event.

This year, Cadwalader Heights Civic Association (CHCA) is communicating with greater numbers of community, civic, and professional organizations.  We expect the response to the increased marketing effort to draw over 800 visitors with interest in design, hospitality, and classic urban neighborhoods.  Our audience comes from as far afield as New York and Philadelphia, with a concentration from the NJ counties of Mercer, Middlesex, Hunterdon, Somerset, Burlington and Ocean, and the PA counties of Bucks, Lehigh and Delaware. We want businesses like yours to join us in making this day a departure from the ordinary.

We have opportunities for regional restaurants, florists, advertisers and sponsors to partner with CHCA in this event.

Promotional Activities:

Our Centennial House Tour is being very actively promoted on a regional basis. The promotion of the Centennial goes beyond the House Tour itself and will continue throughout this year and continue driving traffic to our Web site.
