It was a great tour with over 550 people coming on the tour, enjoying the neighborhood, people and tastings at the various houses.

We Are Cadwalader Heights

We Are Cadwalader Heights: people of wide-ranging interests and accomplishments, living in distinctive homes with an array of architectural styles. We are artists, writers, builders, ministers, designers, information technology professionals, business owners, accountants, teachers, realtors, curators, veterans, community activists, and more.

In this neighborhood designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, our lives and homes have a storied history and a vibrant present.

This year's house tour will feature a representative sample of homes as well as the diversity of people who live in them.  We will showcase homes and neighbors that are new to the tour as well as familiar favorites and longtime residents.

Our Nonprofit Partner

The tour is an opportunity for the Cadwalader Heights neighborhood to give back to the community. This year, our nonprofit partner, which will receive a portion of the proceeds from the tour, is the I Am Trenton Community Foundation.
