Location: At 0.4 Acres, the Warren Street Plaza was designed to replace an adjacent block of State Street (Trenton's central east-west corridor) that was re-opened to vehicular traffic after several decades of serving as a pedestrian mall. This space serves as a venue for a seasonal farmers market catering to downtown office workers as well as a performance space for local bands. Reenactments of the battles fought in Trenton during the Revolutionary War are staged by puppeteers on the city map during Patriots Week, a city celebration recognizing Trenton's role during the war. The map of downtown Trenton which serves as the centerpiece of the plaza is furnished with markers describing historic buildings throughout the downtown. Randall R. Baum, Landscape Architect
