Location: At the intersection of Pennington Ave and Willow St.

The plaza provides a gathering place for the surrounding neighborhood and serves as a visual anchor to the top of Willow St. Many of the design details such as the fencing, lighting and overall landscaping are repeated in the Warren St. plaza and provide a visual continuity as one travels through the downtown.
