This former industrial site has been cleared of numerous dilapidated factory buildings and warehouse space and has been environmentally cleaned up and made safe for re-occupation. A park development plan has been completed with extensive community input and is in the process of receiving final approvals from several regulatory agencies.

When completed (with available funds from NJDEP and the City of Trenton), the park with provide an extensive playground, basketball court, open lawn space and a seasonal spray pool area that will double as an amphitheatre in the off season.
